The NEIRA Housekeeping Leadership Summit brings together housekeeping professionals from hotels, inns and resorts across New England for a full day of education, practical strategies, peer connection and hands-on learning. This one-day event promises to provide attendees with practical tools, stronger leadership skills, consistent standards and a professional community that recognizes housekeeping's essential role in property success.

Build a strong operational foundation through efficiency, then protect it through clear standards and repeatable inspection systems that make quality and accountability part of the everyday culture.
11:45 AM - 12:30 PM Housekeeping Olympics - Round 1
Team building activities woven throughout the day. Leaders are grouped into teams mixed across properties, turning the summit into a chance to build relationships beyond their own property while having some fun along the way. Several activities are designed for leaders to bring back to their own teams to build camaraderie and morale at their own property.

1:15 PM - 2:00 PM Session 2: Leading High-Performing Housekeeping Teams
Lead with confidence, strengthen team culture, and help employees feel both accountable and appreciated.
2:15 PM - 3:00 PM Housekeeping Olympics - Round 2
