How to redeem a NEIRA Gift Card

Physical & eGift (Regular - no expiration) | Physical Promotional (12 month expiration)  

Step One - Login at redeemagiftcard.com 

• Username is your property phone number (no dashes or spaces)

Step Two - Enter Card

• Go to Sale tab and enter the gift card number and the amount to redeem

Step Three - Process

• Click Process
• NEIRA mails you a check in 1-2 business days for the full amount
• Return card to guest if funds remain
