Meeting Planner Events

NEIRA's Meeting Planner Sales Missions are annual table-top tradeshow events aimed at corporate and independent meeting planners. NEIRA members are invited to exhibit at the tradeshow and join meeting planners for lunch. Exhibitor spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Event Format

• 9:00am - Exhibitor set-up (6' table or high top cocktail table provided)
• 11:00am - Tradeshow Opens
• 1:00pm - Lunch for exhibitors and planners
• 2:00pm - Event ends

Hartford, CT - Delamar West Hartford - May 6

• Approximately 30 member exhibitors participate
• Approximately 65 meeting planners in attendance

Exhibitor Cost: $899 (plus a giveaway valued at $50 or more)

Boston, MA (Venue TBD)

• Typically held in Boston in mid-November
• Approximately 50 member exhibitors participate
• Approximately 115 meeting planners in attendance

Exhibitor Cost: $1,150 (plus a giveaway valued at $50 or more)

Additional Exhibitor: $379 (additional exhibitor from the same property at the same table - limit one additional exhibitor per property)
