Meeting Planner Events

NEIRA's Meeting Planner Sales Missions are annual table-top tradeshow events aimed at corporate and independent meeting planners. NEIRA members are invited to exhibit at the tradeshow and join meeting planners for lunch. Exhibitor spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Event Format
9:00am    Exhibitor set-up (6’ table or high top cocktail table provided)
11:00am   Tradeshow Opens
1:00pm    Lunch for exhibitors and planners
2:00pm    Event ends

Exhibitor Cost:  $825 (plus a giveaway valued at $50 or more)
*One representative per property
