When we became NEIRA’s first-ever public relations firm in late 2003, we fell head over heels in love with this organization and its members. For six years, we went to every conference, every Annual Spring Meeting (remember those?), every board meeting, and every everything. And we delivered three-inch binders full of press clippings about NEIRA and its members every single quarter (back when printed paper was a thing).

We are the originators of the NEIRA Inn Crowd newsletter and the Spring Road Shows (now a virtual seminar series). And back in 2004, we were the ones who first said to NEIRA “hey, can you feature member packages on your website to foster better PR opportunities?” And voila… within six months, NEIRA was on the TODAY Show with its Innkeeper for a Day program. The recession may have ended that business agreement in 2009, but it never ended our NEIRA relationship. We still work together often and always will, because NEIRA is a joy to collaborate with and brings SO MUCH VALUE to members.
